The core team of MackSense senior consultants are qualified researchers with a minimum of five years experience.
The team is versatile, with a knowledge of project set-up, execution and presentation of results. We’ll give you access to project management software online, allowing you to monitor results and change the scope according to your needs.
The methods we offer range from desk research to focus groups and online research.
- We use face-to-face methodologies, including group and individual methodologies, especially for qualitative research. These offer flexibility, allowing researchers to test products and concepts, probe areas of interest, and observe qualitative responses such as engagement or lack of interest.
- Telephone interviews result in shorter turnaround times and maintain high quality levels. The quality of data is better than that of online or self-administered research surveys thanks to the ability to clarify and prompt.
- Online research offers scope for adjustments as a project progresses and can combine the qualitative with the quantitative. It is also very useful in international research, since it can be applied to several markets simultaneously and helps keep project costs low. Online access means clients can view and assess data either during the research or immediately after.
- We use a range of research applications for data collection, analysis and reporting, including Grimmersoft QuestionData and Obseo. These ensure rigour and accuracy, and allow fast reporting for time-sensitive projects.
