Multicultural, highly qualified and with many years experience, the MackSense team brings a wide range of skills and specialised training to research projects.

Emma Séka

Emma Séka : Founder

Emma is the founder of MackSense. She ensures the smooth running of research projects and as a consultant brings six years of research experience in healthcare, nutrition, medical devices and technology to running projects. In her spare time, she is also an analyst for Business Insights (a Datamonitor company), providing tech and healthcare reports.

Emma is bilingual in English and French. She is a member of the Market Research Society and ESOMAR, and holds an MBA from IAE de Paris and an MRS Advanced Certificate in Social and Market Research.

Meena Bhagat

Meena Bhagat : Business Development Executive / Consultant

Meena has held various senior research posts and has amassed more than 13 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. She combines broad experience of the IT and healthcare sectors with knowledge of statistical analysis for research, fieldwork, survey design and sampling.

Meena holds an honours degree in Occupational & Environmental Hygiene and a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Skills from London Metropolitan University. Meena is a Member of the Market Research Society.

Irina Dobre

Irina Dobre : Business Development Executive / Consultant

Irina is a specialist in marketing communications and PR. She brings wide international experience to MackSense, and has organised health promotion events and carried out risk analyses and communications audits.

Irina holds a Master's degree in corporate information and communication from ISIC (Institut des Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication).

Lorraine Hannah

Lorraine Hannah : Research Executive

Lorraine manages projects on behalf of both technology and healthcare clients.

With an honours degree in psychology she keeps MackSense at the forefront of the new approaches to research, and has broad experience of all project phases, including data handling and processing, statistical analysis, client liaison and general administration.

Lorraine also has considerable technical experience of the renewable energy sector, and has been key to the successful organisation of wind farm projects in the UK, Europe and further afield.

Lorraine is a member of the Market Research Society.

Angéline Galinier-Warrain : Research Executive

With an encyclopaedic knowledge of the French public and private health system and time spent with the world’s biggest research bureau, Angéline brings MackSense both experience and advanced research skills.

She has carried out market studies for healthcare product launches, designed and run a positioning study for an international pharmaceutical launch and, thanks to her time managing a portfolio of contracts for the French leader in the sterilization of medical devices, is knowledgeable about the world of clinical procurement.

Angéline has a Master’s degree in Economics and Healthcare Systems from University Panthéon-Sorbonne, and spent four years studying international trade at the Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur, Paris.

Rosine Bah : Fieldwork Executive

Rosine is a member of MackSense France and leads the French teams for all our multi-country projects involving France.

She has long experience of healthcare, IT and telecoms research, and particular expertise in telephone and face-to-face interviews. Her interest in marketing effectiveness has led her to carry out countless client satisfaction surveys, communications tracking projects and communication campaigns research.

Rosine holds a degree in communication.

Loretta Lou : Fieldwork Executive

With 5 years of research experience and a Master’s degree in social anthropology, Loretta is the source of all knowledge on human behaviour. She also brings a substantial understanding of fieldwork and a strong practical and theoretical background in qualitative research.
